No fee is due in advance under either option. My commission is earned only when the sale completes.

What you get

  • Buyers screened before any visit. Your home is shown only to people who can and want to buy.
  • Negotiation and paperwork support. I handle the discussion on price and review the documents.
  • Help from token to registration. I coordinate the token, the agreement and the registration.

Your identity is protected. I may show the property to genuine buyers and agents, but your name and phone number are never passed on.

Common questions
Is there a fee before the property sells?

No. Nothing is charged until the sale closes.

What is the difference between exclusive and open?

On an exclusive mandate I am the only broker representing your property, and I put a focused plan behind it. On an open mandate you can use other brokers as well, and I bring screened buyers and help with negotiation when a serious offer arrives. Exclusive is 1.5% to 2%, and open is 1%, both paid only when the sale closes.

What kinds of property do you handle?

Residential and commercial: flats, builder floors, villas and independent houses, plots, and commercial space. I work across Noida, Greater Noida, the Yamuna Expressway and Gurgaon, and elsewhere in NCR on request.

What if the property doesn't sell?

You owe me nothing. There is no upfront fee on the sell side, and commission is payable only when a sale closes.
